1. Pricing

The payment amount of the order will include the value of the goods + shipping costs. You can check the shipping costs in your shopping cart.

Prices are in United States dollars (USD).

2. Payment methods

Currently, we accept PayPal/Debit or Credit Card (safety payment gateway powered by PayPal).

Skrill, Payoneer (account transfer or ACH transfer), Direct Bank/wire transfer are also accepted on demand.

3. Import taxes and customs fees

For North America customers (USA/Canada/Mexico): we will be responsible for paying customs fees and duties, the buyer will not have to pay any additional cost.

• For USA customers: EIN/SSN is required for orders of $2,500 or more.
• For Mexican Customers: According to Mexican customs regulations, all orders imported into Mexico must provide an RFC/CURP number. Therefore, please provide your full name or company name and RFC number (for companies or individuals with RFC number) or CURP number (Clave Única de Registro de Población – for individuals without RFC number).

For other customers: the buyer/recipient will be responsible for paying customs fees and duties. Please provide us with your tax identification number or citizen identification number when placing your order.

4. Shipping

The orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Almost available items will be shipped same day if they are ordered before cut-off time 12:00pm (GMT+7).

Some items are need the time for stock transferring. In this case, we will notify you.

Back orders will be shipped when the items are available. We will confirm the lead time for back orders.

We will ship to almost countries in the world, except for some countries where the delivery service is not available.

Shipping methods: FedEx International Connect Plus.

Shipping time: 2-3 business days to USA, 3-4 business days to Canada & Mexico.

In some cases, packages will be delayed for a few days due to peak season or customs issues. If the delivery address is in a remote area or out of the carrier’s service area, the package will be delayed for 1-2 days more.

Shipping times to other countries will vary depending on your region.

5. Return & Refund

Customers can return goods within 15 days after receiving the goods.

If you want to return, you must keep the goods same as the original state as it shipped.
Returns will not be accepted if the goods are opened or the seal is broken or the goods with any mark/sign, dirty, scratch, break or used…

The buyer must pay for the return shipping cost.
Import duties and customs fees (on both countries) will be charged to the buyer and deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fee is 30%.
